Our Return Policy does not cover:

  • General wear and tear, improper use or lack of care
  • Incorrect usage of item
  • Incorrect washing of the garment
  • Inappropriate wearing of the garment
  • Lost or stolen product

* When trying on your pieces please ensure that you are not wearing creams, fake tan, deodorant or perfume which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s) as this may affect your eligibility for a refund. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for any reason, send us an email at info@seayabeach.com

Cancelling Your Order

If you notify us on the same day as your order and we have not shipped your parcel yet, then yes you can cancel your order. If we have already shipped your order and you have received a confirmation email advising us of the same, then unfortunately your order is already on its way. If this is the case, then you will have to send back your order once you have received your delivery.
